As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I know there are few things that can steal your sense of self away from you quite like anxiety and OCD. These issues can rear themselves in all aspects of our lives, trapping us in a prison of routine and rituals that we feel like we will never be able to escape from.

If you've ever felt this way, you've come to the right place. OCD, anxiety, and trauma can affect everyone uniquely, veering into both our work and home lives. They can cause unhealthy amounts of work stress, and they can also destroy otherwise healthy and happy relationships with those we love. Intrusive thoughts can worm their way into even the brightest of scenarios, forming an unnecessary dark cloud over what should be the sunniest of days.

If you are looking for someone to help you reclaim your sunny days from a sea of obsessions and compulsions, I'm here to help. Sometimes all it takes is a light shining through the darkness to help you remember who you are.
