A Message From The Founder
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I know there are few things that can steal your sense of self quite like anxiety and OCD. These issues can rear themselves in all aspects of our lives, trapping us in a prison of routine and rituals that we feel we’ll never escape.
If you’ve ever felt this way, you’ve come to the place that can help. OCD, anxiety, and trauma affect everyone uniquely—touching both our work and home lives. They can create unhealthy work stress and even strain otherwise healthy relationships with those we love. Intrusive thoughts can worm their way into even the brightest moments, casting an unnecessary dark cloud over what should be the sunniest of days.
If you’re looking for someone to help you reclaim your sunny days from a sea of obsessions and compulsions, I’m here to help. Sometimes all it takes is a light shining through the darkness to help you remember who you are. Trauma and anxiety can bury an individual, but that person still exists beneath it—waiting to be found.
No matter who you are or where your struggles originate—be it relationships, work, or personal challenges—I can help provide the relief you need from the grip of intrusive thoughts. Often, admitting you need help is the hardest step—and what follows can be truly worth it.
Elena Katrantzos, LMHC, PMH-C
Founder & Clinical Director, EK Mental Health Counseling
No matter what anxiety plagues you, I can help you find the root of your fears and grant you the ability to overcome your obsessions at the core. Find and fall in love with your true self, and find the key to happiness and confidence.

During a time when I was feeling vulnerable and in need of help, I was extremely lucky to come upon a such compassionate, smart, and genuinely caring person. From our first session, I knew Elena was listening. Someone who cares, has integrity in what they do, and makes a true effort to help, Elena has been a source of great support.”
Working with Elena made a huge difference in my life. Her expertise in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) helped me take control of my OCD and manage my anxiety with practical, effective tools. I felt truly supported every step of the way.
I referred clients to Elena and they improved greatly. Elena is thorough in her approach. As well she is kind and caring about our shared clients. She always reaches out to let me know how they are doing in their therapy or if she has concerns.
