Elena Katrantzos is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and Florida. She is the founder and Clinical Director of EK Mental Health Counseling and provides psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

Elena is trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Habit Reversal Training.

Additionally, she has received training from the Seleni Institute as she also focuses on maternal mental health and perinatal issues.

She holds a Masters of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Southwest and a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, she holds professional memberships with the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), The TLC Foundation for BFRBs, and Postpartum Support International (PSI).
